New Year new projects.

Christmas was certainly busy. Burning the midnight oil in my workshop after the kids have gone to sleep or out at a show trying to get my work out there and starting to be recognised locally for my jewellery work. The new year has started positively with some new commissions from Christmas shows I’ve done and some others from word of mouth. January is the time to consider shows events I’d like to be involved in and get my applications in.

I’ve finally completed my Level 3 teaching course and look forward to teaching a class at Wilmslow Guild on 7 March, 10-4pm. September should see me taking on a pemanent jewellery making class and the decision as to whether to start the Level 5 teaching course with this or hold back for a little while.

hope to be able to add some more events to here very soon for now I’ll be at the Green Walk open house art and crafts exhibition in the May bank holiday and the Heatons Arts Trail in June.
